Delivery : a) Meet-up at Tampines/ Bedok/ Cityhall/ Harbourfront MRT control station
~ We’ll contact you to confirm the date and time of the self-collection based on our available timeslots.
b) by Post (normal or registered – *postage borne by buyer*)
~ For buyers who opt for deliver by post, please provide us with your mailing address.
~ Postage cost dependent on weight of item and purchase of packaging materials.
~ We’ll not be responsible for any lost mail under normal mail option. An additional S$2.50 is required for registered mail.
~ We’ll post your item(s) within 3 working days once payment is received.
Cancellation of Orders :~ We do not accept cancellation of orders once payment is made.
~ We will only refund the amount paid if the order is cancelled due to unavailability of items.
Exchanges and Refunds :~ All sales are final and item sold are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
~ All our bags are checked for defects before delivery, therefore we do not accept any exchanges/ refunds.
~ Item(s) sent by post will be protected by protective packaging to prevent scratches and in the event that bags are spoiled or stained during posting we will NOT be responsible.
Others :~ Orders will be automatically cancelled if payment is not within 3 days.
~ There might be slight color variations between product photos and actual product due to lighting effects.
~ Orders are taken in on a first-come-first-serve basis
~ We reserve all rights to change/amend the information stated here without prior notice.
